I contacted Jack and Jill Plumbing this morning. I bought a new dishwasher and Home Depot has a requirement for a water shut-off for the dishwasher under the sink adjacent to the dishwasher. Brandon was here within 2 hours, I explained what Home Depot required and Brandon understood what I requested. Yes, I had a shut-off for the dishwasher in the basement, but they were specific that he had to be on the same level of the house as the and near the dishwasher. Brandon understood completely and change the water shut-off valve at the sink to a dual shut-off valve with one side to the sink and the other side to the dishwasher. Took about 2.5 hours to complete. Brandon offered 3 possible options to me, and the option chosen was the simplest solution to meet Home Depot's exact requirement. Task completed. I am ecstatic about the work Brandon performed and the professionalism he approached the task at hand with. Anyone fortunate enough to use Jack and Jill Plumbing and be assigned Brandon will not be disappointed. He knew what needed to be done, presented me with 3 options each separately priced, I ended up choosing the least expensive option that satisfied the requirement. I cannot express how please I am with Jack and Jill Plumbing and specifically with the work Brandon performed.

Jeff was my plumber and was very personable and professional and explained everything that he was going to do to solve my problem. After discovering the problems he called his boss and saved me money due to the fact I had multiple issues. The got down and dirty and really was big problem but was determined to get to the end and solve it, told me he doesn’t give up. He tried several different solutions, when anyone else would have say, your gonna have to try something else, but he got it! If everyone in your company has his persistence, I would be proud that he is working for you. And I would highly recommend your company to anyone with plumbing issues, especially if everyone has Jeff’s work ethic.Thank you very much!

Nate did an amazing job unclogging our clean out. He was upfront, honest and very efficient. Had very good conversation with him whilst waiting for a bigger piece of equipment to arrive. The guys did a great job putting in a new sump pump line. They were very polite and respected my property. Very clear on explaining what they were going to do. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys did a great job. They were quick and efficient. The clean up could have been a little better, it overall I would definitely recommend.
